Before your first lesson with me you will need to read and sign the Terms and Conditions document. This document ensures that everything is done fairly and you receive the best level of training possible.

I would recommend printing a copy from the link below so you can read and sign before we meet for your first lesson.

Please note that if you are under 18 years of age you will need to get a parent or guardian to sign on your behalf.
